Tender bone-in chicken marinated overnight in yoghurt and traditional spices, then roasted in our blazing-hot clay tandoor until smoky and succulent. Served on a bed of crisp salad with onions, cucumber, lemon wedges and house-made mint chutney — exactly the way you would find it on the streets of Delhi.
Tandoori Chicken is one of the oldest and most iconic dishes in Indian cuisine, and at Chilli Chutney Street Kitchen we honour that tradition. Bone-in chicken is scored deeply, then marinated for at least twelve hours in fresh yoghurt, ginger-garlic paste, lemon, Kashmiri chilli and a custom blend of garam masala built in-house.
It is then skewered and roasted vertically in our wood-fired clay tandoor, which reaches over 480°C. The intense, dry heat seals in juices while imparting that distinctive charred-edge, smoky aroma that no oven or grill can replicate.
Our chefs trained in Delhi and bring over 25 years of combined tandoor experience to the Kenaston kitchen. We use halal-sourced chicken, never freeze the marinade, and serve every plate hot — straight from the skewer to your table.
