About Our Hakka Veggie Noodles

Hakka cuisine arrived in India with Chinese migrants over a century ago and evolved into a style all its own — bolder, spicier, and built for the Indian palate. Our recipe is straight from that tradition: high heat, fast cooking, big flavour.

We blanch the noodles, then finish them in a screaming-hot wok with vegetables that stay crisp and a sauce balanced between salty, tangy and chilli-hot. Every order is fired to order so it arrives smoking and aromatic at the table.

"I had a wonderful lunch at Chilli Chutney and was delighted to see authentic, well prepared foods which also had a contemporary twist. The Palak Patte Ki Papdi Chaat was crisp, flavourful, and freshly made. The restaurant was very clean, welcoming, and provided excellent service and food."

"I stopped by for lunch. The waitress recommended a chicken wrap that was amazing - it had butter chicken with fresh peppers and onion. I topped it off with Mango ice cream. I have several other items I would love to try so I will be back. The service was great."

"We decided to try this restaurant because we heard that they have a lunch buffet. We really loved the buffet. They had lots to choose from and the butter chicken was very good plus all the food we tried. We will be back and we will bring other people with us."
