Hakka cuisine arrived in India with Chinese migrants over a century ago and evolved into a style all its own — bolder, spicier, and built for the Indian palate. Our recipe is straight from that tradition: high heat, fast cooking, big flavour.
We blanch the noodles, then finish them in a screaming-hot wok with vegetables that stay crisp and a sauce balanced between salty, tangy and chilli-hot. Every order is fired to order so it arrives smoking and aromatic at the table.
Available as Hakka Veggie Noodles or Hakka Chicken Noodles. Add chilli paneer, chilli chicken or Manchurian on the side for a full Indo-Chinese feast.
