Hand-stretched naan dough slapped onto the wall of our 480°C clay tandoor, where it puffs and blisters in seconds. We brush each one with melted butter and finish with hand-chopped fresh garlic and a flick of coriander. Soft inside, crisp at the edges, and impossible to stop eating.
Naan is the bread of celebration in North India, and we treat it that way. Our dough is mixed daily, proofed slowly, and stretched fresh per order — never frozen, never reheated.
It is the only way to get naan that is pillowy in the centre, lightly charred on the bottom and full of those signature blistered bubbles on top. The garlic and butter finish goes on while the naan is still smoking from the tandoor.
